Responsible for providing complex, highly specialized analytical, technical and operational support at the business or department level. Act as project leader on complex and highly visible projects.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and produce complex ad hoc and automated departmental reports and spreadsheets to include but not limited to project analysis, historical reporting, workflow analysis, and UAT testing.
Regularly review and analyze processes, volumes, staffing and other trends for process improvements or re-engineering and make recommendations on variances and methods to increase efficiency, lower costs, etc.
Research and gather business and financial information regarding business results. Perform complex analyses to support business decisions. Provide feedback to management regarding results. Make recommendations on findings to management.
Evaluates and understands complex interrelationships and effects among processes and interfacing applications.
Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its functions, processes and operations. Keep abreast of business and market trends which may affect business department.
Participate in the planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs, and plans to achieve short- and long-term business objectives; develop project plan.
Maintain user guides on client facing applications and conduct training sessions with internal and external clients on new features and functionality.
Act as project leader in the execution of various complex and highly visible projects for the promotion and maintenance of the business.
May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Knowledge of retirement plans and financial services.
Knowledge of mutual funds and other security types, including trading and corporate action processes.
Skills/Competencies:
Highly skilled proficiency in the use of spreadsheet, presentation, and department specific software.
Excellent knowledge of Windows and PC software programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical ability and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
Ability to work independently and function as a member of a project team.
Ability to function as a project leader.
Detail oriented.
