Broadridge is growing! We are excited to be expanding our team! We are actively seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to join the Collective Investment Trust team in Denver or Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing organization that has career opportunities for high potential performers. In this role, you will focus on valuable fund performance analysis which requires a deep understanding of the underlying fund accounting fundamentals and drivers of return. You will be responsible for multiple business divisions and will partner closely with each of the operation's leadership teams. The role requires the ability to multi-task and complete many high priority responsibilities simultaneously. You will need a strong sense of personal accountability and be able to take initiative to problem solve on their own.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Collective Investment Trust subadvisor oversight including creation and monitoring of fund investment objective and guidelines.
Support for Collective Investment Trust subadvisors and trading platforms including agreement creation and maintenance.
Perform monthly reporting responsibilities, including analysis of fund performance and attribution analysis.
Research variances in fund performance to benchmarks/peer groups.
Assist in creation of annual fund financial statements. Provide support to internal and external auditors.
Fee accrual oversight and monitoring.
Support daily fund operations from trading to accounting
Proxy support for CIT program
Daily support to CIT Operations
Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls. Maintain and develop internal controls.
Produce reports and ad hoc analysis for senior management
Evaluate processes and drive efficiencies using critical thinking skills
General understanding of relational database structures and standardized querying languages
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related area.
5+ years’ experience in fund accounting, Collective Investment Funds, and financial/cost analysis.
Self-starter who can work on multiple projects with minimal direct supervision.
Strong technology and data mining skills are critical, particularly expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word. High level of proficiency in Access and Oracle is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Ability to effectively connect with senior management on a one-on-one basis.
Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
Salary range $80,000.00-$95,000.00. Bonus Eligible: 7.5%
