Position Overview
Apollo is seeking a driven individual to join their expanding Institutional Client Group team focusing on Midwest Sales. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing and client support responsibilities, including:
Working with sales and product team to provide support on team deliverables, including presentations, data management and bespoke projects focusing on strategy and sales.
Coordinating group investor meetings includingroadshows.
Working closely with the firm’s investment professionals, marketing and communications professionals to coordinate thought leadership distributions.
Responsible for creating and/or reviewing internal and external meeting memorandumsand presentations.
Partner with the product team, marketing, and communications to prepare materials for roadshows andconferences.
Customizing marketing materials and talking points for upcomingmeetings.
Compilingmarketdataandincorporatingmarketresearchintoinvestorpresentationmaterials.
Researching various databases and maintaining internal CRM systems with up-to-dateinvestor information.
Alongside senior Partner, liaise with existing and prospective investors to help manage the sales process (ex. From prospecting, diligence, close).
Represent Apollo in Investor meetings and aid in prospecting and including potential for occasional travel to represent the sales team.
Qualifications & Experience
4-6 years of priorexperience.
Bachelors degree required.
Familiarity withSalesforce.
Strongworkethic,acuteattentiontodetail,abilitytomulti-task,andawillingnessanddesiretolearn arecritical.
Excellentverbal,written,andpresentationskillswithprovenabilitytocommunicatecomplexitywith simplicity.

Pay Range
$160,000 - $190,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
