Your opportunity
- Manage the development and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns in support of the Specialist Consulting Group (SCG) programs in North America including but not limited to email communications (internal and external), newsletters, printed collateral, social posts and presentations
- Act as the main liaison with Practice Management consultants to build and enhance content and programs for use in the North America Client Group. This includes curating Practice Management content and assisting with writing thought leadership, as needed, to extend our reach to clients
- Manage promotions, content updates, client registrations and notifications of our online learning platform, Knowledge Studio
- Works closely with channel marketing representatives and vendors to promote and implement SCG initiatives with sales including Practice Management, Wealth Strategies, Defined Contribution, Annuities and other investment-focused initiatives
- Capture and communicate results of marketing tactics supportive of SCG
- Proactively manage and seek digital enhancements for SCG advisor web pages
- Build knowledge of “marketing best practices” by staying informed about marketing efforts by other Janus Henderson distribution channels and our competitors
- Work closely with digital, creative, and compliance to ensure corporate brand standards, marketing style guides, and legal & regulatory requirements are met
- Be an enthusiastic advocate and represent the interests of our Specialists, clients and advisors, their goals and needs, and proactively improve their client experience
- Present virtually or in person the benefits of our Specialist programs to internal and external clients as needed
- Manage workflow and publishing of marketing materials through corporate systems (Workfront, Seismic, etc.)
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Must have skills
- Uses critical thinking to prioritize and make recommendations for proposed content and programs
- Ability to execute and measure strategic projects from start to finish for business units within channel
- Highly disciplined and organized
- Detailed project management skills with experience working within tight timeframes
- Exceptional editing/proofreading skills and experience communicating to large teams
- Presentation experience highly encouraged
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Represents our mission, values and purpose when interacting with internal and external clients
- Minimum five years B2B marketing experience, including direct contact with sales force and in-depth knowledge of the sales process

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $90,000- $ 100,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through January 15, 2025.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
