Janus Henderson Investors seeks a Front Office Controls & Governance Manager, in Denver, CO, to support the Investment Management Leadership Team in managing operational risk within the front office and maintaining a robust control framework. Provide control operation/enhancement, reporting, and governance through JHI's Investment Committee structure. Collaborate with firm-wide teams to create/improve the design and/or operation of executed controls, where investment management risk profiles are impacted. Remote work permitted 2 days per week. Requirements: 5 years of experience with: RSCA management and advanced trade data extraction. 18 months of experience with: Hyperion AUM Tree Builder – System; use of third-party data screening tools; allocation risk and consumer duty (UK) requirements; and analysis from Charles River OMS. The Salary Range for the position is: $125,000 to $135,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will be posted through January 22, 2025.
