The Role:
The Sales Enablement Analyst will be an integral part in supporting the Global Private Wealth business via the “Distribution Strategy & Analytics” team. They will be responsible for implementing team strategic and tactical initiatives via sales enablement technology solutions.
We’re looking for an intellectually curious, energetic, self-starter with intermediate/advance knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design, create solutions, and implement customizations to the CRM and sales reporting process.
- Manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM system to track client interactions, and service activities.
- Handle multiple Salesforce CRM projects in a fast-paced business environment, prioritizing work efforts to ensure projects stay on track to hit deadlines.
- Requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of CRM Salesforce.
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to work directly with sales professionals and other team members across regions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on client relationship management.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator attained, or working towards
- Financial services experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system and reporting,
- Exceptional work ethic, positive attitude and collaborative team-oriented disposition
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to grasp and distill complex concepts
- Self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is required
- Advanced requirement documentation skills and the ability to explain requirements to IT/developers.
- Excellent attention to detail with high standard for precision
- Resourceful, solutions-oriented problem-solver
- High degree of discretion with the ability to handle proprietary and/or sensitive information regularly and with integrity
- Extremely professional with the ability to interact with senior leaders on a regular basis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $85,000 to $95,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
