Your role
Are you a finance professional with private credit operations and fund accounting expertise? Are you seeking an impactful role within a growing private credit platform?
Key responsibilities include:
- private equity fund experience in finance and operations, with a focus on private fund accounting, cash management and investor reporting
- experience of working collaboratively across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders (e.g. external auditors, Finance, Tax, Operations, Legal, third part providers including Fund Administrators, etc.)
- onboarding and review of Fund documents
- daily P&L , valuation and cash reconciliation overview across
- supporting request from FO on Internal reporting and analytics
- support financial reporting workstreams for various investment products including annual audit, regulatory reporting, investor reporting (e.g. Rebalancing trades, asset level IRRs), marketing materials and internal business planning, IRR reporting, GP reporting. AIFM reporting where required

Your team
As part of the Private Credit Operations team, you will be working in the UBS Asset Management Operations, Accounting and Control division in New York. This team is responsible for oversight across all financial reporting and operations functions for UBS AM’s private credit strategy.
Your expertise
- 8 years of private credit operational and fund accounting
- fund Admin, MO service provider, ABL custodians and lenders experience
- experience around cash management process, accounting and related operations across various ABL facilities
- back office / Fund Accounting, Middle Office and an outsourced Fund Administrator experience
