Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated advertising strategies across digital display, native advertising, print, OOH, radio, podcasts, paid social, paid search, and third-party promotions. Expertise in all areas is not required, but competence in multiple mediums is essential.
- Lead project management efforts for multiple campaigns, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs, and guide agencies in booking appropriate media space.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to ensure creative materials meet company standards and compliance.
- Manage and evaluate campaign effectiveness, presenting outcomes to stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships with agencies, ensuring deliverables meet company needs.
- Serve as a mentor for junior staff, potentially guiding the work of colleagues without direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Stay informed about data privacy, brand safety, and advertising best practices.
- Collaborate with finance to oversee budgets and expenses.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in paid media, particularly in ad trafficking and digital display.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage large budgets.
- Experience in managing agency relationships and building partnerships.
- Ability to work with a global team and support advertising efforts across various regions.
- Knowledge of current advertising regulations and best practices.

Must have skills
- 3 years of experience in marketing and communications (business-to-business preferred)
- In-depth project management experience required.
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Paid media experience required, preferably in ad trafficking.
- Ability to think strategically and make rapid, data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build productive partnerships with multiple internal clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have skills
- Comfort presenting to large groups a plus.
- Financial industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes in a highly regulated environment (with training).
- Subject-matter expert (paid media) with confidence to improve processes and lobby for changes if needed.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,00. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through February 28, 2025.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
