As a Client Reporting & Analytics Associate will play a pivotal role in the Global Client Platform Group, with a primary focus on supporting Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) clients. You will be compiling strategy-specific portfolio data and producing client-facing materials such as detailed reports, market exhibits, commentary, and analytics for marketing materials (e.g., pitch books, factsheets) and portfolio reviews. It provides direct support to Portfolio Management and Institutional Client Coverage teams, focusing on the creation of institutional client reports, portfolio/product analytics, and review materials. The role requires collaboration with Portfolio Management, Client Service, Marketing, RFP, Technology, and Legal teams to deliver client-ready materials and contribute to strategic projects across asset classes.
This role requires a deep understanding of Fixed Income strategies, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables that meet client-specific needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop expertise in Neuberger Berman’s Asset-Backed/CLO and Liquid Alternatives strategies to produce strategy-specific portfolio analytics, with the opportunity to expand knowledge across other asset classes over time.
Serve as a key liaison for Portfolio Managers, collaborating on investment performance, portfolio exposures, and summary statistics for accurate and timely production of investment analytics packages.
Address client-specific inquiries regarding CLO portfolios and strategies, providing timely and precise responses.
Produce high-quality client materials, including standard and custom reports, portfolio review presentations, and market-related analytics, in alignment with client reporting requirements.
Assist in onboarding new clients and support strategic initiatives such as fund launches, RFPs, and client due diligence questionnaires by creating analyses and presentations.
Work with portfolio management teams to manage ad-hoc inquiries and deliver tailored solutions for small projects.
Partner with project management teams and IT to automate and streamline portfolio analysis and client reporting workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure the integrity of data and the accurate production of investment analytics packages for CLO portfolios.
Key Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, science, or math
4+ years of experience in Client Reporting within asset management or financial services required, with a strong emphasis on Fixed Income highly preferred.
Direct experience with CLOs or Asset-Backed Securities is strongly plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, particularly Fixed Income, and a strong interest in investment strategies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros and pivot tables) and PowerPoint required; experience with programming languages (e.g., VBA, SQL, Python) preferred.
Familiarity with Intex and BlackRock Aladdin is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deliverables in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex information effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret Fixed Income portfolio and market data.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
