Do you have Senior Manager experience and are you seeking a new job in Saint Peter Port? Apex Group is looking for a Senior Manager, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
In your first few weeks in this Senior Manager role, you can expect to:
- Support the Senior Vice President lead and manage the Transfer Agency team, ensuring high performance and quality output
- Act as an escalation point for complex client issues with the Client Relationship Management team
- Build and sustain excellent client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
- Ensure Transfer Agency tasks are planned and executed accurately, on time, and of high quality
- Oversee and monitor the operation of the Apex outsourcing model for Transfer Agency
