Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Sr. Associate Operations to join our stellar team. You will have the opportunity to support Broadridge’s premier clients using operational business processes.
We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote.
Responsibilities:
Provides outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients.
Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract.
Will support "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.
Uses administrative, data organizing and coordination skills to complete work
Performs duties according to established procedures
Qualifications:
Decision making is tightly controlled and defined at lower job levels while greater latitude is permitted at higher levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.
Performs clerical or administrative, work
Has developed expertise in a variety of work processes or activities typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
Can work autonomously within established procedures and practices
Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
Uses knowledge of how related teams impact achievement of objectives
Serves as lead for the team, may allocate work; provides subject matter guidance to more junior team member
Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent
Evaluates and communicates technical content in a clear manner
