We are looking for an energetic Director to join the Corporate Planning & Analytics team. The individual will be responsible for providing an advanced level of analysis and insight into key business drivers and trajectory of the business. The individual will also play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting of company performance, as well as driving analytical projects/initiatives relevant across the organization.
The Corporate Planning & Analytics (CP&A) team serves as a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and the full Broadridge Executive Leadership team for all planning and analytics needs. CP&A displays financial, strategic, and operational expertise and are a key ‘go to’ team for executives in the company.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial modeling and analyses. Analyzes internal financial information (e.g., financial statements, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.) including forecasts for future financial goals.
- Performs financial evaluation and modelling of potential investment opportunities, impacts of financial projections and corporate development activities.
- Analyzes external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.).
- Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieve goals through own work
- Evolves the Finance function to be a best-in-class organization – driving excellence across operations, profitability measurement, metric development, performance reporting and decision making
- Supports the Operating Plan process and co-lead the Broadridge Strategic Plan with the Head of Strategy
- Supports and develop key communications to the BOD, Executive Committee and ELT for the CFO office
- Strengthens the “university culture” of continuous learning
Qualifications:
- Accomplished business and finance professionals with a consistent record of high performance, financial, strategic, and operational leadership across consumer and commercial business segments. Experience in corporate planning, business unit Finance, strategy, and operations is a plus.
- Excellent financial and business management skills with a deep understanding of P&L management
- Knowledge of investing, capital markets, wealth, and investment management marketplace dynamics
- Strong strategic skills including ability to assess and/or define new business opportunities
- Understanding of Finance data flow and tools
- Highly collaborative individual who can influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
- Extensive project management expertise and experience in transformation
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Salary range $150,000.00-$170,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
