About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant in Consumer, Small & Business Banking as part of Wells Fargo in CSBB Marketing. The role will be responsible for strategically driving the body of work for Business Banking to include the creation of Awareness/Consideration-driving campaigns that will run on TV, radio and digital media in close partnership with agency partners. In This Role, You Will
- Lead the strategic thinking of advertising campaigns that target small business owners. This includes identifying the insight, developing the messaging strategy based on the product value propositions.
- Lead complex initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to strategize, plan and ensure execution of a variety of marketing, development strategies and programs with broad impact
- Make decisions in projecting or forecasting future marketing needs
- Ensure campaigns adhere to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies working regularly with these teams
- Collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
- Understand the competitive landscape and identify white space opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong presentation skills to senior leadership
- Experience with the small business owner audience and/or B2B
- Strong creative and/or advertising agency experience, partnering and leading ad agencies through campaign development
- Strong cross channel marketing campaign experience
- Strong strategic marketing background
- Strong pulse on trends, audience insights, cultural shifts
- Ability to execute on campaign strategy, including partnering with legal and compliance through the process
- Experience writing and leading client input briefs, with a strong ability to succinctly provide relevant information for an agency partner - i.e., identify audience insights, value propositions, and effectively connect these elements to drive impactful campaigns.
- Experience with post campaign analytics, ability to optimize creative based on results
- Forward-thinking, anticipating what's next and how to drive greater audience engagement
Job Expectations:
- This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
