As an Anaplan Model Builder at Broadridge, you will play a critical role in developing, managing, and optimizing Anaplan models to support our business planning processes. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate these into scalable and efficient Anaplan models. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Building & Maintenance:
- Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support financial planning, sales forecasting, and other business processes.
- Ensure models are accurate, efficient, and meet business requirements.
- Implement best practices for model building, including modular design, documentation, and version control.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Anaplan solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the Anaplan models.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment between Anaplan and other business systems.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Anaplan.
- Implement enhancements and new features to existing models based on user feedback and changing business needs.
- Stay updated on Anaplan platform updates and leverage new functionalities to improve model performance and capabilities.
- Data Management:
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all models by implementing robust data validation and reconciliation processes.
- Manage data integrations between Anaplan and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data governance practices to ensure data security and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining Anaplan models.
- Experience in process improvement and automation is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Anaplan, including model building, data integration, and user interface design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements in finance, sales, or operations.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary range $115,000.00- $125,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
