We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional for the position of Project Manager, Imaging Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, driving and reporting on the operational project plan for Broadridge’s Imaging Solutions new business. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals while adhering to project constraints. The successful candidate will possess strong operational and process flow knowledge, excellent communication skills and must exhibit strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risk management plans.
- Coordinate and work closely with various departments, including logistics, procurement, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless operations and project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement, implementing best practices for future projects.
- Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management within an operations-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Experience in process improvement and change management is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required
