The Opportunity:
Join our Investment Services Group as a Product Analyst in our Suburban Philadelphia – Conshohocken Office.
The Investment Services Group at Hamilton Lane supports the fundraising efforts and ongoing servicing solutions offered across investment platforms, including closed-end and evergreen products. Within this team, the analyst will serve as generalist support across our various platforms while developing knowledge of our broad offerings across products and service lines.
This position will work closely with several professionals in various internal departments across the firm to ensure deadlines are met, materials meet compliance requirements and data points are accurate.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated, able to communicate effectively and operate in a cooperative and deadline-driven environment where priorities often change.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Help maintain internal document libraries to support the distribution of content to sales and relationship management teams.
- Handle requests from existing investors and manage recurring client deliverables.
- Update cross-platform marketing materials and product marketing data for use by sales and product functions.
- Support the launch of new products across platforms by working closely with subject matter experts and product development teams.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of various multi-strategy closed-end funds.
- Contribute to cross-platform projects and initiatives.
- Interface with a diverse group within Hamilton Lane across various departments, including the Investment Team, Portfolio Management, Fund Accounting, Client Solutions Support, Product Development, and Sales Marketing.
Your background will include:
- College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.)
- 0-2 plus years of work experience in an accounting/financial industry setting preferred
- Highly motivated and organized; detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize workload
- Proactively identify challenges and offer solutions
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
